The benefits of telling the truth. 😌

Sometimes it is so easy to lie, that we choose to do it continuously, right? Every time we lie, we take reality in our own way and not what is true. 😈

There are many ways to lie, but all of them are condensed into one thing: fear. 😧

There are two starting positions to challenge this issue:
▶ The first is that we ourselves cannot face our reality.
▶ The second is that we believe that the other person is not capable of facing my reality, therefore, I lie to avoid my own or someone else’s disagreement.

The moment we mention something that is not entirely true, we are devaluing our own words, and we must make sense of sincerity in order to understand it. 👻

It all starts with a few little lies and then later we go on to big lies and then it becomes a bad habit. Our responsibility is to detect that first lie and stop it. The sooner we stop it the better. 🙃

If you think how important it is to tell the truth, you will quickly understand the benefits that it can attract you and also the cons that we can find. To tell the truth we should not be afraid to tell it, but rather respect. We must mention the truth without an aim to hurt the other, always speaking and acting with respect for others. Remember that telling a difficult truth is very easily forgiven, but a lie is more difficult to forget. 👍

If you continually tell the truth, these are the benefits you can have in your life:

⚡ They will see you as a sincere and respectable person.

⚡ You will be a trusted representation.

⚡ Promotes ethics and morals, learning to distinguish between good and evil.

⚡ You will avoid the stress and anxiety that lying can cause.

⚡ You will feel proud of what you have achieved by telling the truth.

⚡ You will avoid the fear of being discovered by lies.

⚡ You will promote interpersonal relationships by creating greater intimacy between them.

⚡You will not leave wounds on people, since a truth is very easily forgiven but a lie is more difficult to forget.

⚡You will have personal growth that will facilitate personal and collective knowledge.

⚡ You will avoid conflicts with other people and the possible consequences that a lie brings with it.

⚡ You will feel happier, because you know what Allah wants you to do.

Remember what is written in the Quran:
“وَلَا تَلْبِسُوا الْحَقَّ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتَكْتُمُوا الْحَقَّ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ”
“Do not confound the truth with falsehood, nor conceal the truth knowingly.”
